Terms of service

OctoSpy cloud, operated by Bliink (Ravi Rahul), India. Last updated 3 October 2026.

The service

OctoSpy is a browser extension and a web application for researching publicly visible Shopify storefronts and the public web around a brand. The cloud account stores the data your browsers collect in a workspace, shares it with the people you invite, runs scheduled work in your own browsers and sends you alerts.

Your account

You need an email address and a password. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite. One person, one account; a workspace has the number of seats its plan allows.

Acceptable use

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record) monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Limits per plan (stores, seats) are listed on the pricing page. Prices can change with 30 days’ notice by email.

Refunds

See the refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of a first payment, on request.

Your data

Your workspace’s data belongs to you. You can export it as a backup file at any time and delete it by deleting stores or the account. We do not sell it, use it to train models or share it between workspaces. Details in the privacy policy.

No warranty

The service reads third-party sites that change without notice; readings can be incomplete or wrong, and a source may stop being readable. The service is provided as is, and Bliink’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before a claim.

Termination

You can close your account any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms the service, with notice where possible.
